The main switchboard is equipped with several SRIC-2100C controllers, and we are currently experiencing challenges with their configuration.
In some cases:
- Main/Standby motors fail to start, and
- In other instances, the controllers unexpectedly trigger a start command.
To assist in correcting the configuration, kindly revert with the unit manual or technical documentation for the SRIC-2100C.
